7 December 1840 - Inferior Court to John Baldwin (Lot 10) (F-315).
(John Baldwin died intestate (without a will), sometime before 1848). Arthur Erwin sold his property, as the administrator of the estate.
2 Dec 1862 - We know that during the Civil War in a Sheriff's sale, against Josiah Patterson and William A. Lewis, the property transferred to William Fincher. At that time it was occupied as a grocery by Jackson and Adair (N-626).
9 July 1867 - William Fincher sold to John L. Cruse.
