1 Apr 1837 - Inferior Court to Allen Weems (C-381 (Also recorded same book, same page, same date is a deed from Goodwin and Graham to Allen Weems)).

9 Jan 1864 - Hubbard Barker to A. J. Willingham. Included in this sales were Lots 6 & 29, 1/2 of Lot 141 (known as the Allen Weems house and   lot), the south half of Lots 138 & 139 (known as the Netherland Lots), and also, five acres of 10-2-1, which lays east of the road known as Mooney Tan Yard) (N-510).

Later this became the home of Martha Harris. Her plat shows:

Lot - 9,32,62,63,101,&102 These lots all belonged to Noah Strong. (He operated a store there for many years, with his house behind it. When he died, he also owned 1/2 interest in "Kelly's Mill"). Martin Graham, administrator for Noah Strong sold to Elizabeth Strong (N- 353).
